All of our candy is shipped directly from our factory and is packaged fresh upon receiving your order. None of our homemade candies are ever mass-produced and stored in a warehouse.
Our standard shipping is UPS Ground.
• Standard: Arrives in 7 - 10 business days. These orders are only shipped Monday - Tuesday to avoid sitting over the weekend in a shipping warehouse.
• Expedited: Arrives 2 - 3 business days. We must receive your order by 2 p.m. CST Monday - Tuesday. We do not offer weekend delivery on expedited orders, so orders received on Thursday and Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Overnight delivery on orders placed on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer weekend delivery on overnight orders.
You will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped if ou have provided us with a valid email address. We are not responsible if the recipient signs for the package and the package is lost after delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping
In order to ensure that your candy arrives in the same condition that it leaves our store in, we must use special care and include cold packs and/or insulated boxes to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Summer shipping rates apply from May 15 - October 15. Rates vary depending on city and state the product is being shipped to.
Shelf Life Guidelines
It is always best to store our fudge in a refrigerator and in an airtight plastic bag to limit condensation. Stored properly it will keep for 3 to 4 months. Sometimes chocolate can “bloom”, developing a white coating that is completely harmless. It is caused from the butter in the chocolate migrating to the outside of the product, and does not affect the taste.
The caramel does not require refrigeration and has a shelf life of 6 to 9 months if stored in an airtight plastic bag or container, however it will retain its freshness longer if stored in a refrigerator.
